Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on public holidays.

Shipping Time

• Domestic (India): 5–9 business days after dispatch
• We currently ship within India only

Shipping Partners Your order will be fulfilled and shipped by our POD partner Qikink via their logistics network.

Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your delivery.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. CanvasPulse is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
