Return and Refund policy

All Sales Are Final Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selected, or colour preference. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@canvaspulse.store with your order number and photo or video proof. We will arrange a free reprint or replacement at no extra cost.

Exchanges We do not support exchanges. If you need a different item, a new order must be placed.

Cancelled Orders & Returns in Transit If an order is cancelled during processing or returned to our fulfillment centre during transit, the item is held in storage for up to 100 days. During this period, we can reship it to your original address or fulfil a new order. Contact us at support@canvaspulse.store to arrange this.

Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
